Terms and Conditions
Standard Septic Pumping Includes:
Assessment of the liquid level in the septic tank.
Pumping of the septic tank.
Visual inspection of the interior of the septic tank.
Additional Septic Pumping Charges & Conditions:
Hand Digging: Hand digging up to 24 inches to access the tank lid, for an additional fee of $125.
Tank Location: If the tank cannot be located via probe within 10 minutes, a flushable locator will be used for an additional fee of $125.
Machine Excavation: If the septic tank is deeper than 24 inches, machine excavation will be required. Spa Septic offers this service for an additional fee of $750 upon request.
Standard Septic Inspection Includes:
Up to 10 minutes to locate the septic tank.
Hand digging up to 24 inches to access the tank lid.
Assessment of the liquid level in the septic tank.
Pumping of the septic tank, up to 1250 gallons.
Visual inspection of the interior of the septic tank.
Verification of flow from the house to the tank (via flushing a toilet or running a faucet).
Inspection of the outlet line and distribution box, if accessible through the outlet baffle or cleanout, using a camera.
Flow test to assess drain field functionality.
Additional Septic Inspection Charges & Conditions:

Septic Tank size: additional $75 for 1500 gallons, additional $175 for 2000 gallons.
Distribution Box: If the distribution box cannot be visualized using the camera for any reason, Spa Septic can dig up the distribution box for an additional fee of $125.
Inspection Limitations & Exclusions (that may prevent a full inspection):
Septic system design or installation issues that prevent proper access or assessment.
Inaccessible or improperly placed outlet baffles that prevent camera inspection.
Damaged outlet lines or distribution boxes that obstruct or limit visibility.
Tanks with compromised structural integrity where pumping would risk collapse or safety.
Homemade or non-code-compliant systems that hinder inspection.
Any obstruction, construction, or concealment preventing access to tank or components.
Full payment is due regardless of findings or outcomes.
Payment Terms:
Payment is due in full prior to or upon completion or attempted completion of the inspection, regardless of findings or limitations.
Inspections must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance or will be charged a $275 cancellation fee.
